Be the best you can be

Tumbling Toddlers

Fun and games with your little one, giving them a head start into balance, co-ordination and social skills.

A circle time during these session is the first step towards pre school classes and gymnastic skills including rolling vaulting and bars, plus many hand held skills such as sticks, hoops, ribbons, bean bages and much much more.

Ideal for toddlers from when they take their first steps

Pre School

Classes to help shape your child's future health. Have fun whilst learning all round fitness.

Build confidence, balance, co-ordination and social skills

From 2 . 5 years to 4 years

Recreational

Learning fitness through fun! Starter classes for school age children to help them develop balance, co-dination, confidence and the essential social skills for life.

These classes take place after school hours and gymnasts can take part in the BAGA award scheme

From 4 years to 10 years

Competition Squad

Competing Nationally at Individual Apparatus competitions from General level to Elite.

Girls compete on A Bars, Beam, Floor & Vault. Boys compete on High Bar, Parallel Bar, Floor & Vault.

Tumbling

An explosive discipline working on linking 8 moves fast down a track, gaining speed and power ending in a final somersault.

Booker compete Regionally & Nationally in the Challenge Cup & Fig Development

Free Running

A mixture of Parkour, Free Running and Tricking.

In the classes our freerunners are given freedom to develop their own style, finding new and creative uses for traditional apparatus.

This discipline draws upon influences from gymnastics, martial arts, tricking and breakdancing.

Holiday Camps

Learn all aspects of gymnastics including floor, beam, bars, tumble, vault and rings plus fud and games such as rhythmic gymnastics, circus skills, dodge ball and parachute. Suits all abilities and you don't have to be a member so bring your friends along for some fun!

From 4 years to 10 years

Sensory Baby Station

Stimulate and soothe your baby with a mixture of textures, sensory toys and lighting to explore

Baby & Toddler Sensory Sessions

Team Gym

Takes skills from trampette, vault, tumble and floor and adds the team element. Working as a team with all your friends from gym makes this a very rewarding but challenging discipline

Come and visit our child friendly Cafe upstairs, a great place to meet your friends for a coffee and cake!
